2nd Saturday Book Sale!

The Friends of Kingstowne Library will conduct a book sale the second Saturday of each month, 10-3:30, in the small meeting room of Kingstowne Library, 6500 Landsdowne Center, Alexandria, VA, 22315.  These bargain books are in good condition.  Books for sale will include children's books, cookbooks, military history, art books, fiction, nonfiction, something for everyone.  Some books have the author or illustrator's signature.  Volunteers have researched the books' values and assigned prices reflecting huge bargains.  Some books will have the research data sheets available for shoppers to review while considering their purchases.  All money raised will go to the Friends of Kingstowne Library, who sponsor summer reading events and other programs at the library, buy additional shelving and other materials for the library, and fund additional projects recommended by the library staff.
